Renting Our Studio

Can be used for Photo Shoots, Video Shoots, PODCASTS, Interviews, Pop up shops, Small Parties, Small Classes, etc

Rates

Rental Space is around 300-350sq ft

Amenities include: Bathroom & Wifi.

**We do not have any cameras or microphones for rent**

*All sessions are paid in full in order to book date and time. (Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable)

**$50.00 Cleaning deposit**. If cleaned when you're done with session you will receive deposit back.

**MUST Reach out and confirm dates/times wanted to rent studio**

1. Must be respectful to property and owners.

2. No smoking or drinking allowed in studio.

3. Must be on time and professional or slot will be cancelled. No Refund.

4. Must confirm number of people who will be in the studio. No extras.

5. Everyone involved will have to sign a waiver.

6. No destruction of property or equipment, If anything is broke or ruined you will be responsible for paying for it.

7. Must clean up after yourself/clients/shoots, etc.

8. An owner of 39 Lashes Media will be present at all times.

9. ID will be checked upon arrival

10. Must have professional insurance
