Booking Steps
*Discuss photo needs (Poses, Props, location, etc)
*Make Required Payment amount (No date is promised/held without payment)
*Pick Date and Time (Must be confirmed by me)
*Provide us with valid email and phone number (for confirmation and photo delivery)
*Sign booking agreement (Must be signed to book)
*Click appointment button to set in agreed date & time
*Once Signed agreement, Deposit is received and appointment is confirmed you will receive an email confirmation.
PLEASE READ
*If Booking within two weeks of wanted date, deposit MUST BE PAID within 24hrs of initial contact or no shoot will be done for wanted date.
*Also, if it is 7 days or less you will be required to pay within 24hrs of contact and there is a $25 Rush Fee. If not done, there will be no shoot for wanted date.
*If Photo session is on location(outside), In Case of rain or bad weather we will move to studio or reschedule for a different date and time (Deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED)
**(Must be rescheduled prior to photographer being on location)
*In case of bad weather and client decides to attempt shoot (Meaning Photographer is on location) there will NOT BE a refund or reschedule (If one wants to reschedule there will be additional fees)
*Deposit is non-refundable or Transferable
*Holiday Sessions & Specials are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable.
If canceled there will be No reschedule and No refund.
What we expect
*Arrive ready to shoot (Dressed, hair, makeup, etc) - If NOT... This deducts from your shoot time. There will be a fee for additional time needed.
*Be professional and On time
*If you need to reschedule please give us at least a 3 days’ notice (No additional Fee to reschedule)
If canceled/rescheduled last minute REMAINING BALANCE is still due, and we will allow one reschedule with a $25.00 additional fee unless of an emergency, then we will grant a 1 time reschedule without an additional fee. IF remaining balance is not paid, there will NOT be a reschedule. (Weather, traffic, etc is not considered an emergency)
If you are more than 10 minutes late, shoot will be canceled and additional fee will be required to reschedule. Reschedule Fee $40.00
If you notify us in a timely manner that you are running behind we will do our best to accommodate you but there will be a $25 Late Fee
**NO REFUNDS FOR DEPOSIT OR FULL SESSION WILL BE GIVEN**
If remaining payment amount is not paid on day of shoot there will be a $25 daily late fee until FULL Payment (Including late fees) are paid. Photos will not be given until paid in full.
What to expect from Us
*We will re-confirm within a few days of shoot to confirm everything is good to go for scheduled date and time
*We will show up on time (If for whatever reason there is an emergency you will be made aware immediately and we can reschedule for another time)
*We will shoot your images and have them back to you within 10 days (Unless Event/Wedding)
*If photos are needed before stated turnaround time there is a Rush Fee (see below)
*You will receive a download link from our website with edited digital images (expires within 7 days of receiving it)
RUSH FEES TO EDIT/RETURN
Photo Sessions: $50 - $75 (Depending on Package)
Events: $75-$125 (Depending on Event Package)
Weddings: $100-150 (Depending on Wedding Package)
Copyrights & Liability
COPYRIGHTS:
We retain the rights to use any photos captured the day of photo session. The copyrights of all original and unused photos produced by 39 Lashes Media is retained by 39 Lashes Media. Original and unused data files remain the property of 39 Lashes Media. If you wish to do so you may purchase the additional photos for the price of $50.00 (Per 20 images). Clients are also responsible for giving full photo credit to the photographer once published to the web via social media, website, etc... (@39lashesphotography)
LIABILITY:
If any equipment belonging to 39 Lashes Media is broken or stolen by the client or parties of the client during the photo session, they are required to pay the expense of that particular piece of equipment.
EDITING OF IMAGES:
39 Lashes Photography does NOT allow any editing, or altering of images for any purposes
Payment and Deposits
*We ONLY accept deposits/full amounts due thru Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, Apple Pay and Venmo. Cash is also accepted but must be brought to studio in Largo, Fl
Remaining balance may be paid thru these vendors or cash the day of shoot
***NOTE*** If using PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, CC/DC & AfterPay there is an additional fee
Cash App/Apple Pay/Venmo $2.00 Fee per every $75.00.
Paypal, Credit card or Debit Card $5.00 Fee per every $75.00
(If under $75.00 Fee is still required to cover processing fees)
Using Zelle there is no additional fee

Additional Fee of $5.00 per every $75
No Deposits on Afterpay bookings.

Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes we do. Travel expenses are to be covered by client including but not limited to flight, car, hotel & food.
Will there be a second shooter?
2nd shooter is available for additional fees
Do I have to order prints through you?
We offer high quality print images so it's best to go through us but we leave it optional for client
